Default My finger nails split

Hiya!
can anyone tell me, what shall I do about my fingernails as they often split and snap?

hi mitz. U look very worried about the problem.
Well try this out: Before going to bed apply some warm olive oil to nails and massage them for 2-3 minutes. Also, while treaming ur nails PUT ON UR NAIL PAINT. This will give u a great help.

Get some cuticle oil and massage in whenever you have the chance. Keep your nails filed down for a few weeks to help promote the strengthening process.

You must increase your protein intake. Skimmed milk or yogurt is the best form, as these do not cause weight gain. Atleast get 3 cups a day.

Well, my mom uses this nail streghthning stuff she buys from Wal-Mart- "Sally Hanson, Nailstrengthner"

I used to have this problem, someone recommended that I take multivitamins or the hair/nail vitamins, and to increase my calicum intake. It helps, and it will make your skin clearer.
