Breast firming loations

Hi folks,
I m a mother of a 1 yr old daughter. She had my milk for 11 mths. Now she has syopped it and now i want to know as the size is changing continuesly from the time of delivery wat shud i use for firm brests. I came 38c to 34c now. I dint use any thing till this date. Pls help.

Exercise is the best thing for firming. Lynnlee as a post here regarding exercise you can do to firm. Do a look up on Lynnlee's post and I am sure you'll find it. There is not cream that is going to firm your breast. Makesure you invest in a really good bra. It make a difference when you have had a baby as well as in 20 years time.
