Well you might get another inch but you probably will stay in the 5'1 to 5'2 stature. No there is nothing you can do about height. It is basically generics.
So I have taken up the saying I am vertically challenged. Really that height is about average for allot of women. In my family I was the lastest women, 5'5 but as I get older I have lost 1/4 inch. the only way to appear taller is by your style of dressing to bring the eye up and give the look of length and a shoe that complement the look.

Nice!^^^ Also, try improving your posture. Standing and siting with your stomach held in, and your back up straight will intstantly make you look taller, and if you always have perfect posture, will certainly seem to add inches to your height (not to mention looking as though you have dropped a few pounds too). Also, try posture-improving excersise, such as yoga and pilates. My mum has been doing yoga since she was in her early twenties. She still does it, and has not experienced the usual 'shrinking' that most women her age tend to get. |

well, put it this way, we all start out at a pre-determined height, then we all end up shrinking and when we are all older- we'll be similar heights!! I started off as 5'7 in Highschool, as of last year I was 5'6 and I bet that when I go in for my physical this year I'll be even shorter......no big deal- height should be the least of your problems!!

Streyching exercises can increase your height upto 3 inches in any age.........
ALso if your gowth plates are still open(whhich can be checked by getting xray of yuor left hand) then ask your doctor for some kind of supplements......If you take amino acids they can also helps in producing growth harmones which can increase your height upto 2 inches...... I am aslo 5.1 and I am going to be 15 this tuesday......I want to 5.9(seems to be impossible).....I am asked my father to take me to a doctor..........After my checkup I will post you what ever doc tell me
