How many spoons of oilve oil do you have to take for the skin to become nice? Either i never read properly or it didn't say...

Bubble, the article says "if a spoon or two is taken before a meal along with lemon or coffee prevents constipation" and other than that, you just need to substitute any other oil you use for preparing your food with Olive Oil to reap the benefits...(this is my understanding ... )
