Yeah. I think everyone does. I usually put some lip balm (my fav is Burt's Bees Peppermint) before the lip colour. If you rub it in with your finger really well, it should fill up all those weird cracks the colour gets gunked up in. Also, if they feel dry later in the day, apply more lip balm over the top and touch up your lip colour slightly.
