went swimming because I thought it might help my incredibly stiff muscles (pretty intense yoga yesterday). Turned out it didn't help and now I'm stiffer than ever. Also my friends came into the sports centre to say hello because they were just passing and knew I was in there. It was a bit bizarre seeing as how they were all fully dressed and I was shivering in no more than a two piece and a towel!!

spent half the day helping my husband set up his classroom and then we went out for dinner and I came home feeling kind of sickly!
