What have you been up to today?

Today was one of those days where it seems that everything that could possibly go wrong, *did* go wrong.....

Actually, it started with some severe storms last night, Mike woke me up at 2:00 am to tell me we needed to take cover, there was tornado on our side of town! After that, I couldn't sleep for listening to the wind and hail trying to rip the shingles off the house! Forturnately, we only had one awning damaged, out of all of that. Not much sleep last night though, so I've been tired ever since the alarm went off at 6:15 this morning!

It was a crazy hectic day at work what with it being end of the month and pay day.

Then I cashed my paycheck on my way home from work so I could pay my cell phone bill before it's late, and our cell phone service (which was recently bought out by AT&T) closed our local store! So I couldn't make a cash payment. They'd take my debit card, but as I not-too-politely explained (3 times!) to the manager at the new AT&T store, I had *just* left the bank 5 minutes before that, if they hit my checking account for money right then there wouldn't be any there! Aaarrrrggghhh!!!!

I think I'll join Erica for that stiff drink!!!

Seriously, that all sounds awful...though the tornado scare probably gives a good sense of perspective.

Gave my mum a riding lesson before lunch and then i've been on work all they. but I love my work (most days) so I don't complain

Still busy at work, but at least the rest of the day seemed normal! LOL

the tornado thing sounded scary!

I woke up to my throat feeling *gasp* normal! So I'm set to eat nachos and whatever I want now! Look out fridge, I have a week of eating lost to make up! LOL.
I've been listening to my new Scorpions CD and dancing around the house in my pajamas, so far the day's been alright.
We bought a copy of this video game I borrowed from my cousin, (which got a huge scratch in it, so some sections dont work) and bought a copy for myself. I've had to game for about two/three years so I'm not sure how they'll react when I give it back!

haven't done much today. went to a greek resturant with my dad and sister. yummi I tried to convince my friend to go out with me but she had other plans so I've been home all evening. no party for me this weekend

so far just coffee, but I've got all my supplies together for my haircolor job this morning; today is the day I cover up these roots I've been neglecting for a few weeks.
