So in college there is a guy and i have never spoken to him before, but when we walk past each other or something, he looks at me and sometimes i do look at him myself but when i glance at him he just turns away...

does he like me or am i being crazy thinking he likes me?

He could have a interest in you, but lots of people tend to look at others with out meaning anything, he could like the color of your hair or think you look like a very nice person, also he could find you extremely attractive and not know how to approach you. I would say give it time his intentions may become cleared.
