I think that makeup applied to burnt, peeling skin would look pretty bad. Either wait until the peeling has finished or gently exfoliate your skin with baking soda and water (in circular motions) and when your skin is smooth again (after a few days), then apply your usual moisturizer/ concealer/ foundation/bronzer etc.....

and right about now....I could go for some popcorn sprinkled with dill pickle powder.....
