Wanted to tell everyone about some up coming changes going on with me. I have finally had enough counseling to start hormones replacement for my transition from male to female. I have always known I as a girl and had a female brain with a male body. I have an appointment on the 11th to see a judge and have my name legally changed to Stephanie. I hope everyoe will support me through my transition. This site is full of the wonderful people, I'm so glad I found it. I'm not sure how to communicate one on one with anyone but would love to if its possible. I'll change my profile after my name change is done. Thanks again soon to be Stephanie

Judi thank you for your support your very sweet, I'm lloking so forward to finally getting to be the girl I was meant to be. I dress and live fulltime as a female and I can''t wait to see the changes to my body that the hormones will make. Judi is it ok if I go a head and change my name to Stephanie on my profile , it won't be legal until Fri 11th, my friends all call me Stephanie and I wanted to honest with everyone about who I was when I found this site. Thanks soon to be Stephanie

I'm very happy for you Stephanie. I hope your journey goes well. Sadly, I cannot do hormone therapy due to some medical issues, so SRS is out for me. That setback hasn't stopped me from living my life as a woman. I manage a small boutique and my job keeps me very busy, and I work and live as a woman everyday. My transition started long ago and it was a challenge to say the least. Please remember, when you feel the stress and pressure involved with your transition, just keep focusing on becoming the woman you've always wanted to be. In the end you'll be a much happier person.
Not that it means a lot, but I changed my name to Denise last year.
Good luck with this incredible journey you are about to embark on. You will be sooooooo much happier.
