Hey Everyone! I am totally makeup obsessed so when my marketing class said pick an industry your interested in... well, lets just say the choice wasn't hard! I picked cosmetics, more specifically, I'm comparing and contrasting Ulta and Sephora. If you guys could answer some questions for me that would be awesome! The more honest and real, the better!! (and i don't mind long answers! in fact, I'd prefer ridiculous details!) OkAy... on to the questions!

1) Where do you normally shop for makeup?

2) What is it that you like about that store? (things like but not limited to: friendly employees, great selection, quick lines, great discounts, wide organic variety)

3) If you had complete control over the store, what things would you change?

4) What things frustrate you about the stores you shop at?

5) What things would you like to see change in the whole cosmetic industry?

Thanks so much everyone! I will be posting follow up questions after I get some responses!

I've unfortunately been cursed with very thin lips (thanks mom!), and several of my friends have told me that the Lip Fusion Infatuation line does a good job of plumping them up. Has anyone on here tried them before?

I'm sure my boyfriend would love me if I had lips like Kim Kardashian here: http://www.fusionbeauty.com/infatuation/index.html He would also have two broken legs if he ever told me that, though!

Thanks for any advice you guys can pass on.
They are very easy to prepare and give great results only you have to be consistant. one of my favourite face mask recipe is one of my favourite masks is the sugar mask with lemon peels. take equal proportions of grained sugar and powdered lemon peel, mix them with a bit of milk so that it makes a paste , apply it on to your face and when it dries wash off with warm water. you can apply this mask once a week. it will not only smoothes your skin but will also add shine and brightness to your complexion. For more such face mask recipies please see Natural Face Mask Recipes

If you have oily skin, before applying make-up first apply astringent lotion and wait for 5 min then do make-up as you like.

Consider makeup that is a shade lighter than your skin. The reason is because makeup tends to turn a shade darker once it mixes with the skin's natural oils. This point even hold true if you are going to spend time outside where you will sweat. Sweat has sebum which again turns foundation dark. (I once used a pink based foundation, by evening I was looking orange - You don't want to do that)

Stick to foundations with a yellow base, even if you have rosy cheeks. Yellow base tends to suit Indian skin better. Besides, you can reclaim the rosy cheeks with a blush, but there is no undoing an entire face that looks like you are dying of a sun-stroke.
