for vegetarians - paneer, yoghurt, dals, peas, beans and nuts.

Eat whole grain cereals instead of cereals like rava or maida.

The B-Complex vitamins are extremely important for hair. It has been seen that these vitamins not only help to maintain the health and shine of hair but also prevent hair fall.
Therefore, your daily diet must contain adequate quantities of fresh fruits and vegetables eaten raw as this ensures the supply of vitamins, minerals and enzymes.
Minerals that are essential for healthy hair are iron, zinc, magnesium, sulphur, potassium, phosphorous and iodine.
A deficiency of iron is the cause of dull and brittle hair and if not corrected, can lead to hair fall. Sulphur and iodine play an important protective role.

My hair is actually curly. But now adays , the shampoo that I am using causing my hair straight. First I liked that and I was happy with my straight hair. But now , I miss my lost curly hair . Though my hair is not totally straight, but all the waves are gone . So I cut my hair , so that it grows again with it's normal waves . It was well as I used a local shampoo first , but again when started with those shampoo from outside , my hair is becoming straight again, what to do ? Shall I change shampoo ? Or shall I buy shampoo without conditioner ? Does conditioner turn curly hair to straight ?

I have a shampoo when I use it , my hair becomes very very straight, and on the bottle it's written " For Dangerously Straight " Hair.
But I applied that shampoo for 3 or 4 days before many weeks.
My friend suggested me to use curler on my hair . Does curler cause hair fall ?

Eggs contain eleven essential nutrients and are packed with protein. Combine them with olive oil gives conditioning and nourishment..

Applying sour curd soaked with methi powder( left out overnight) for about an hour is also very good for shiny mane..

Massage coconut oil into your scalp. Take a towel and rinse it in hot water, squeeze out the water and wrap it around your head for 30 min and shampoo afterwards.. Curly hair should not washed everyday as it can make the hair dry.. Wash your hair twice a week..

Using tea water, or diluted vinegar or just plain cold water as your final rinse is also good ..

Most importantly don't ignore your diet.. Eating healthy food is also important and drink lot of water and avoid any unnecessary chemicals on your hair..

Take sections of clean, dry hair and coil into mini buns on your head. Pin or clip them before you go to sleep and when you awake... big voluminous waves. Make sure that you use smaller sections for shorter hair and larger ones for long hair. Use a little silicone and volumizing gel on each section for more staying power. Whatever you do shake out the curls FIRST after removing the buns, and finger comb to the effect you like. Only brush SECTIONS if you must.
Another reason braids wont work as well, is that you probably have thin, fine hair like me and are braiding too tightly. Use sections in loose braids for a better effect. Happy styling!

For a loose sexy style curl scrunch your hair using a medium-to-strong gel. If you mix a little silk serum to soften, that's fine. Flip your head entirely over when scrunching. Try to bunch the hair in handfuls and keep the heat flowing between your fingers through your hair. After it's dry let it stay and cool for a minute, then flip it up.

I naturally have black hair but for the winter I had a dark red brown color that was still very dark and this weekend i decided to go lighter since spring is just around the corner, I had my newly beauty school graduate sister do my lightning process then the color process. Everything was going good through the bleaching phase, until I reached my base color!! Wow what a disaster!! I applied the color and the top of my hair was pink!!! The ends were good, but my roots were horrible. I had picked a soft auburn color for the base. It did not come out like I planned!! So i then got frustrated and decided to add a soft brown color and that made things some what better, but now I realized my hair has a hint of a whitish purple on the roots!! Ahhhh What happened? What can I do to fix this?? Any tips would be a great, great help! I know this is because of the bleach, but I still dont understand why only my roots had an issue with it and not my ends?? PLEASE HELP!!
