It's not a new discovery to run your car or get rid of your garbage.

The way our skin ages depends on several factors. The most controllable factor is "photo-aging". Excessive exposure to sun results in course, rough wrinkled skin. The time clock also plays a role in skin aging and none of us like to see these increasing imperfections in the mirror. That's why everyone's antenna, but particularly women's, lights up when I write about this subject.
