A belt he likes with a buckle that has you names together on it.

-
A hat that would look great on him (depends on if he wears them)
-
A cool watch that does everything
A unique piece of jewelry that screams his personality
A blend of Cologne made for him, by you.
These are only a few things that came to mind, I am not sure how old he is and what he's into.

I like the idea of the belt. Thanks Judi. But, also, i was thinking of giving him a jewelry... any suggestions for what jewelry may i give him?

Ring or chain are always nice, but some guys get the wrong idea when it come to a ring. If you go with a ring make an Initial ring or a ring with a stone he really likes.
Chains, curb links are nice on men and stand up quite well, so do box links.

You could get him a leather bracelet- like, little plaited strips of leather. I think they look quite nice on guys.
