I agree, pilates does wonders, but the plank kills me! lol

For some reason people always ask if I do ballet, but I haven't since I was a little kid when the local dance studio went out of business.

P.P.S.I forgot to mention, another great way to tone everything is by doing kick boxing. I loved it, but I stopped after I had an unrelated knee injury. If I ever get the time, I'd love to get back into it, in addition to being great for the whole body, it's tons of fun!

It means you've got great posture. I always get asked that too! (But then I do do ballet..)

I really want to try kick boxing! Sounds such good fun!

i have an aerobics class that i go to a few times a week. some days when its nice outside i'll take a jog around campus with my trusty little ipod, which i think helps the most.

diet wise, i try and eat a good breakfast, because when i do that i tend to not get hungry again till dinner time. plus breakfast is the most important meal of the dayyy!

i walk up alot of stairs at school
usuallly about 32 flights a day
i walk home from the bus, big hill.
i dont eat when im not hungry, and take the healthier option !
in summer i do swimming laps one night a week, and soccer games and training, and softball games and training.
i should do more physical activity, and eat heaps healthier.

If you want an easy, fun, doesn't-feel-like-exercise workout, try swing dancing! I do that once a week in addition to a number of other types of exercise. It's tons of fun, keeps you on your feet and moving constantly, and will always make you look impressive on the dance floor at weddings. LOL. But seriously, I definitely recommend it.

I work in Manhattan, so I do a lot of walking - about an hour a day. I walk at an unbelievably fast pace - yes, I am one of those annoying Noo Yawkers - and that seems to do the trick for me these days.

Horseriding about 4-5 times a week (+ doing all the other things you have to do like mucking out, groom the horse and so on), bellydance lessons once a week + some training at home, aerobic, yoga, core and so on at the gym about two times a week (haven't been there for some time though due to knee injure), walking (sometimes more than two hours a day if I have nothing else to do, I've got a restless personality so I always have to do something, then walking is great).
I think I eat fairly healthy but of course it could be better. I try not to eat much bread and other things with lots of carbohydrates, especially sugary ones. And I don't drink much soda. lots of people I know probably drink more coke each day than I do each month.

Also a vegetarian here, except I eat too much pasta and drink too much hot tea (with white sugar).
I try to go jogging at least once a week to keep a healthy weight, but I seriously need to try some strenght exercises to shape my body.
