Eating lots of fresh fruits and veggies and drinking plenty of water!! I also go to the gym almost every day! I love to run!!

Eating muesli with light milk, salad sandwich for lunch, vegies for tea. Drinking lots of water and walking whenever its possible, oh and running around after kids and picking up/cleaning up after them. I also do 100 leg squats and 100 stomach crunches every day. So far, ive lost 5kgs in 5 weeks. Another 8 kgs to go!!
