....don't you just love doing the PLANK and see how long you can stay in that position until your muscles just give up...

Ooh, I've heard of pilates. It sounds good, is it similar to yoga?

I find watching what I eat easier than exercising regularly.

I drink lots of water, too. I do like to go walking, though. I have a few other commitments on different nights of the week though, so I don't get to go walking as often as I should.

like everyone says with smoking and diet changes
once you get past three days youre good to go!
i try to do sit ups every morning
since i dont have gym till next semester ive gotten a lil chubby
and ive gotten way out of shape
my friend Ryan brought that up
he said that he really wished he would have had gym first semester
me: to get it over with?
him: no to get back in shape!
*laughter*
so yeah i heard situps are easy and inexpensive so thats what ive been doing

I love going to the gym and I lift weights and do crunches. Also chasing my 3 kids around keeps me fit too!

good old jogging makes me feel 100% better after i do it. I admit its kind of a pain but I feel so refreshed when it's over. I find that when i jog listening to MUSIC I get alot more motivated. If you have the extra cash I would definetly invest in a mini ipod or some other mp3 player. Download some of your favorite songs that you know are gonna get you pumped and hit the road or the gym!

Now if I could just get over my food addiction...

Ballet. Tones EVERYTHING.
And pilates, especially the ab exercises. After a few goes you start to realise the aching is just a sign you're doing it right. I love the plank too!!

Walking everyday, crunches when motivated, yoga twice a week, and attempting to keep track of calories.
