I go power-walking 4-5 days a week for 40 minutes and I play baseball in 2 leagues-not that baseball is that much of a work-out. Anyways, I love walking and it keeps my weight exactly where I want it.

Drinking water, going on walks, eating fruits, veggies, etc. All of the really obvious stuff, lol, but that's all I really need to do. I've still got the fast metabolism thing going for me.
The simple things can make a difference though. ![]()

I think my vegetarian diet helps me maintain a healthy frame. And I also try to eat fruit rather than candy or other sugary foods. Water is my main fluid intake. So that helps too.
Exercising is something I need to do more of though.

Yeah Lynnlee you are right........vegetarian diet helps alot.........my bro had lost two inches just within six months after turning vegetarian..........

Hmm... I don't really have many fitness secrets. I walk to and from school evey day- thats about a mile each way, and I do yoga one night a week. I eat fairly healthily.... but I need to excersise a lot more. And eat healthier

Truthfully, I just do Curl-Ups. After doing them one day, I found that I shed some pounds (too much ice cream!), and that my ab's felt tighter.
![]() Also sometimes when I'm bored, I do the workouts from Justine Magazine.!
