You know, now that I think of it, I actually treat my black mini that way. I can dress it up or down and it serves as my all-purpose-get-out-of-the-house-quick skirt. I even buy tops to go with it. I'd probably wear it everyday if I could get away with it! So this is something I should probably buy more of. I've been told that my legs are my best feature so I try NOT to cover them in jeans during the summer.

black bootcut pants for work. I can dress them up with heels and a nice top, or dress them down with sandals and a more casual top. And they go with 95% of the stuff in my closet. Easy no-brainer dressing in the morning! LOL

I have a black short skirt (falls about 2" above the knees) that just happens to fit absolutely perfectly. I can't even remember where I got it...the label got lost in the shuffle somewhere. But it goes from super-casual with tights, to super-dressy with a nice sweater. It's short enough to wear with boots, but not so short as to look trampy. I wear it a couple times a month during the winter.

I agree with the mini skirt hehe.

But pashminas are also useful to add a splash of colour to an outfit. I've got about 20 pashminas haha!

I'm going to have to be boring and say either my dark blue jeans that can be dressed up or down and go with anything or my brown cardigan that also goes with just about anything.
