Exclamation Jeans....where can I get them?

Jeans...where can I get them? I know it sounds like a really stupid question.

I like my jeans with no rhinstones or designs excepted maybe on the back pockets and I like actual denim. I have gone to Walmart but everything there that fits me is in the adult women section and is either to high in the waist for my liking or is not flare or bell bottoms.

I know I sound like I am picky but I'm not...does anyone know where I can actually get denim jeans? I did find one pair at Walmart but it took me forever.

I am looking for jeans that don't cost an arm and a leg but are comfortable and stylish.

I have never really shopped at JCPenny or Sears or Filene's..do they have jeans like that?

I need help because I go back to school in 5 weeks and I want to start buying clothes before hand so I don't drop a big chunk of change a week before school starts, you all must understand.

But if you know of any places that have jeans like the ones I described above...please post it...it would be a great help!

Thanks everyone!

Try sears, they have a good selection of jeans, also I am surprized that Walmart did'nt have anything they carry a great brand Called Bum, and its just a straight jean nothing fancy but who so comfortable. And you could always try Levis. I think there website is www.levis.com. it shows styles and where you can get them.

Surprisingly, KMart actually has some pretty nice jeans. I've bought Riders there (they're made by Lee), and also their store brand called Route 66. I liked them both. JCPenney carries Mudd, Levis, Lee, St Johns Bay and Arizona (their store brands).
Here's a "Jeans Fit Guide" from their website:

I wish we still had K-mart here in Canada. If we do its probably in the East where all the shopping is great.

Ah, I tend to forget how many of the Kmart stores closed!
We still have one here in town. I like to shop there occassionally, it's something different from WalMart or the mall. We don't have a local Target, that would be cool.
Ooh, another favorite store of mine is Cato. I've only bought one pair of jeans there, but I get a lot of my work (office) clothes there.

If your K-Mart is like ours, i really wouldnt buy jeans from it. But target is another thing. Target used to be really hsabby here in australia, but now its great and all its products are great! And i bought some jeans there recently, Great except a bit big!

Our Kmart store is not that bad.
Honestly, it's as clean as WalMart.

K marts are pretty clean, its just not where someone would buy clothes. We only go to K-mart if we want a little kiddies present or a dvd or were going to the movies and buy food there hehe.

Well, I don't think I'd buy dress clothes at Kmart, you know I mean? LOL
But the Route 66 Jeans I bought have turned out to be one of my favorite pair. They're a bit longer in length than some of my other jeans, which means they look better with boots or heavier winter shoes.
