I haven't been to Italy, but if I did - I would want to go to Rome and Venice. As for accomodation, instead of hotels - why don't you go for the Italian experience and try cottages/b&b's etc?
I hope you meet lots of good looking Italian guys!

I lived in Rome. Amazing city, I loved it. I was an exchange student, and I can't advise you on any hotels in rome because I lived with a host family. I did the hostel thing when traveling, I highly advise you to check them out, they are much cleaner than one would think and you can meet some great people.
My parents sent me the Rick Steves Italy book (check amazon). I thought that was great! I think you should try to see Venice, Rome and Florence. Also try for the hill town of Orvieto. I loved that city the most in Italy. Wonderful sights, try to make it there if you can. I would love to talk more to you about this if you want, feel free to message me. Buona Fortuata for your vacation! |
