I would get rid of my saddle bags. Most people would say that I am slim, but I just don't like this one part of my body. They don't go away, no matter how much I exercise.

i would totally change my weight. i want to be more toned as well.

Truly a fantasy change: Replace a certain uncooperative Y chromosome

Fantasy change I'd actually accept? Any of the following, and I'd be about equally happy with any of them.

1. Smaller feet
2. Smaller voicebox (life would be much easier if my voice were a few tones higher)
3. Thinner upper arms
4. Less knobby knees.
