Well if you ask any health food store they'll send you home with tons of stuff to (supposedly help fight Grey) my take a waste of money, I come from a family where Grey is Heredity issue. I had a uncle that was totally gray by 13.
I have had Grey in my hair since I was a teen and have tried everything out there.
I guess you best defense is to just eat a healthy diet and drink loads of water. And avoid Stressful situation. A little Gray won't hurt you and you can always high lite the area that show the gray. Just a few thoughts.

Or get high lites and low lites, that is most to blend everything together nicely and you would not have the ugly roots.

Yup....agreed to Judi. A lil grey in ur hair should not annoy u. U know i have seven grey hair in number in my head, now a days. Ya ya ya...i count 'em.
ya Judi, this is hereditary. My pop ahd a full grey-haired head, when he got married. And he was only 19 years old then.

Anyways.

Well UP!
U can do this trick what Judi mentioned......highlights/tints.

Or treat grey hair in MY WAY… Just beat lemon juice in castor oil until frothy and add henna powder to it before applying it on your hair. Wash off after it dries or keep it overnight. The next day uur hair will feel gorgeaous, shiny, gone reddened.

Plus........

Boil/simmer curry leaves (curry putta) in mustard oil, until they are burnt. Strain the oil and aply it on ur hair every night or, at least, bi-weekly. It helps to counter pre-mature aging.

Hope i helped......

Default You can use Henna hair dye to cover grey

You can use the alternative to "chemically enhanced" dyes. All natural Henna is great conditioning for your hair and will cover gray. Use to be you could only get "pure henna" which will only give you a reddish color on your gray. Henna has been adapted by addiing of dried flowers and fruit peels to henna which give you varies shades. (i've done my research)

Of course you have to mix it yourself but, it is so worth the time and effort! I have purchased mine from The Henna Hut, they have great quality product.

My hair has never been healthier and i get compliments all the time about the rich color! I use the mahogany color.
