There are no cures for split ends other that having them trimmed off.
You can buy a frizz tamer such as pantene (serum shine with oil which well help the frizz to lay flatter) but no cures.

To avoid them, be gentle with you hair, no over hot water, low setting on blow dryer and for hot appliance make sure you use a protective spray or cream on you hair prior to use of the appliance. Do not over brush you hair, when hair is wet, detangle with large tooth comb. Never brush. And Last but not least a good shampoo and a conditioner that you leave in your hair 5-15 Min's. Netrogena is Good and So in Infusion.

Get your hair trimmed every couple of months to prevent split ends and to keep it healthy
