Default A cooling hair mask

Mash an overripe avocado with an egg yolk and 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Massage the mixture into damp hair, tuck it under a shower cap or wrap a plastic bag around the head to generate some heat. Leave the mask on for 15 minutes, or upto an hour if you have the time, then rinse and shampoo your hair.(Connector magazine Feb 2006 ed.)

This is really nice....I've tried it and so has my sis, and we both loved it....

You know what I do, I add some peppermint oil to my conditioners and on Very hot days. I put it on let it sit away and then rinse with cool water.
Your head feels so nice and your scalp just tingles.

Yea what I meant by 'cooling' was that, you get a nice cooling effect or a nice peppermint like feeling once you apply this on....must be for the Avacado....
