Default dark hair dye problem!

my sis has a major problem with her hair right now, she dyed it last night a mid to dark brown but it came out jet black. she hates it as it looks fake and harsh against her skin tone. she brought light brown dye today in a desperate attempt to get it lighter, but to no avail. Are there any products out there that strip hair colour off? or certain dyes that cover over dark hair? shes in desperate need of help and is going frantic, and it doesnt help that she has a job interview tommorow

Stop do not put any more dye in it, there is a product call Metlax that help remove color and condition. If you can not find that use a clarifing shampoo and let it fade. But no more color, or you will end up with straw for hair. If she can not wait for it to fade, she will have to go to a stylist and get it corrected.

Great advice from Judi. Yup no more colour or it will damage your sister's hair so badly...always go to a stylist when colouring you hair to minimise errors and damage
