Default I wnat to naturally straighten an soften my hair

im a male. I have shory hair and its really curly and dry. It's really frizzy. I wish there was a natural protein or something that I can take that would make my hair staraight. I dream of waking up and not having to wash my hair evey morning just to moisturize it.

im not looking for some kind of shampoo, gel or conditioner for temporarily results. i want something with lasting results - may be a diet and certain vitamins.

thank you.

Welcome to the forums, Have you tried using a heavier conditioner and leaving a bit in (not lots but a little) it will help way your hair down some what and so will a moisturizing shampoo.
Use a straightening serum and blow dry it into a straighter style, Use some sort of hair spray or pomade to help it keep its shape. Hope some of this helps.
Let me know.

As Judi and Angel said, use a leave in conditioner. It will help your hair to look sleeker and softer. Also, if you use a straightening balm after you have washed your hair, it should make your hair soft and straight for a few days. I use Tresseme. I just smooth it down my hair when its wet and leave it too dry. I do have to straighten my hair though, but thats to get it reaallly sleek.

another idea:
don't use a comb or brush on curly hair. You can just detangle with your fingers, especially easy if it's short.
