welcome to the site [:
depends if you've been waxing for a while, and how well your wax works. if it took away the very deep end of the roots, there is a chance that it may not grow back..

It depends on how fast your hair grows back. When i tweeze my eyebrows, within 2 weeks, i have to tweeze again. But i know some people who have to tweeze every week, and some that only tweeze every month. It depends

yes, i used to have to tweeze my eyebrows every week, but now they don't grow back anymore, and i hardly ever have to tweeze.

It should grow back, how fast depends on how fast your eyebrows normally grow. Probably 2-3 weeks.
I used to wax my eyebrows when I colored my hair lighter than my natural color because I didn't like the light hair/dark eyebrow look, LOL. I did it myself for years, but once I accidentally romoved almost half an eyebrow. Not a very good look! I had to fill in with brow pencil & powder until it grew back.
