Ok, lately my hair has been getting frizzy pretty easily, and oily pretty easily - sometimes it is both oily and frizzy at the same time! Ugh!!! Obviously using a shampoo for oily hair, is not good for the frizziness and shampoo for frizzy hair is not good for the oiliness. And if I use a shampoo for normal hair, I generally get both problems.
Anyway, since you gals are geniuses at these things... What do you suggest?? Can't wait for your reply!

Well, since you are still going through puberty, you'll have an oily problem for a bit longer, I imagine.
Don't use the shampoos for oily hair , as they will harshly STRIP all oils and put your scalp into overtime producing extra. Wash with a normal or a gentle shampoo, they all have a cleanser in them that does the same thing. Once through washing, using a cotton ball soaked in sea breeze, or my favorite , Orange Blossom Water, apply this to your scalp area only. For the frizzies, while your hair is still very damp/drippy, apply a dab or two of your favorite conditioner to the ends and length, but not the scalp area or top of your head. I personally prefer conditioners without silicone. 'Light' conditioners work well for this. Don't use one that is difficult to rinse out, as they tend to be a bit heavy and can cause oiliness. |

Try baby shampoo. My hair used to be like that for a while, the baby shampoo is gentle and it makes your hair feel nice.
Also try using natural ingredients.( eggs, bannas, mayonaise, avacado etc) |

http://www.giovannicosmetics.com/WLine/index.htm, this is a all natural shampoo and conditoner that I found really did a good job on my hair when I was going through a similar problems with my hair.
- Also a quick note if you color your hair do not use baby shampoo it will strip your color.

when my hair gets oily, I put a little (and I do mean LITTLE) bit of baby powder on a paddle brush and brush through my hair starting at the roots. If you brush until the powder disappears your hair should look much better. This is great for those days when you don't have time to wash your hair as well. That's all I've got for you.
