Default Hair disasters!

I'm sure most people can relate to this, what was your biggest hair disaster ever? Mine was when the hairdresser turned my hair green, I can look back now and laugh but at the time I was in tears!!!

Hmmm, I don't think I've ever really had one. I've always been so afraid of messing up that I've taken really gradual steps. . . For instance I got lightish red highlights put into my naturally auburn hair before I ever committed to a full dye job. From day one I've just been getting better and better results.

WAIT

There's one time that comes to mind. . . A few summers ago I randomly decided to dye my hair this deep auburn colour (the picture on the box was just a shade redder than mine, so I figured it wouldn't be a big change). I was relatively inexperienced so I didn't realize that this would only make my hair colour darker. The result? Almost black, violet-tinted hair. I'm never going near that colour again.

But since then I've used only dyes available at my local beauty supply store and I've gotten great results

Mine was going in to have a auburn put in, I thought it was okay until the next day at a baseball tourney when everyone kept calling me Pinky, looked in the mirror and my hair at turned pink in place, I was not happy

i had really long hair till my waist whe i was young and decided to cut it to slightly below shoulder length.

BUT, the hairstylist cut it so short, it was waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaayyyyyyy above my shoulders, just enough so that i can tuck it behind my ears. and she cut full bangs waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaayyyyyy above my forehead, and i had a real chubby face last time!

can you imagine?!

i wore a headband most of the time, like cassie.x

that same stylist rebonded my fringe to make it straight but it ended up fried, so it was really frizzy and poofy. i never ever went back to her again. if i could i would have set her hair on fire!

When my best friend tried to cut mine after it was set on fire!! (My own fault lol never lean over a fireplace..) The left side was above my ear and the right was near my shoulder and she tried to tell me it was even!! Some people have no sense of balance!!
