I wash my hair daily and it doesn't seem dry. I think washing frequently actually stimulates oil glands. I have a terrific hairdresser and he insists that it is significant to not use the same products all the time. I keep several kinds of shampoo and conditioner. I use one for a few days and then switch. The products do work better and build up is less.

yupp i agree with kk ela, the thing is that many shampoos and conditionerz we buy are sometimes really strong so buy washing the hair everyday, you are washing away the natural moisture in your hair leaving you with dry brittle and frizzy hair which can start falling out so by buying a shampoo which is gentle enough for everyday use then ur problem will be solved, john freida frizz ease is a good shampoo, it maximises shine, handles frizz and is gentle enough for everyday use, there are also many other sahmpoos out there which are suitable for your hair type and are gentle enough for everyday use. Sometimes, it also depends on your hair because if your hair is really greasy then washing it everyday is good,if you hair is normal then twice a week is fine but if your hair is really dry then once a week will do teh job!!!!!!!!!
Hope that helped

I think frizzy hair has its appeal.
