It is not necessarily harmful to wash hair repeatedly, but it is healthier not to wash it everyday.
I wash my hair every other day, sometimes even two days apart. My hair used to be so dry and frizzy and now it looks and feels healthier. At first it was greasy, but now it is as if i wash it everyday. I don't play with my hair as much either so the oils from my hands don't get on it. Also, if you want to try washing hair for day(s) apart and it does start to look oily or greasy, put some loose powder or baby powder on it to soak it up. It's a quick fix. |

you can also buy dry shampoo, it's in a kind of aerosol bottle. The effects don't last long though. Also, I've found it a bit weird on my hair, but that might just be me

for everyday washing i would suggest that you use something organic, like avalon organics, jason organics, since they do not have hash quimicals like the other shampoos

If your hair itself is nnot getting dirty, but the rest of you is, then you could always wear a shower cap. but if it is getting dirty, then i would follow marie claire's advice ^^ |

Also some times just rinsing your hair will remove the smell of the sweat or you could you a hair freshner that puts a beautiful clean scent in your hair.

Washing your hair everyday means that you are washing all of the naturals oil out f your hair and it can definitely be harmful. If the natural oils your hair produces are there to protect it and if washed out on a daily basis than it can damage your hair.
