I am an Asian and have black coarse naturally wavy hair that's one length cut at shoulder length. It is a bit thick and tends to have nicer wavy when it's wet after washing my hair. After my hair dries naturally, it has loose messy waves that is very frizzy and tends to flyaway. The strands of my hair will stick out that makes it looks very messy as if I didn't comb my hair. Is there any brand of shampoo and conditioner that will combat the frizz and make my waves nicer while moisturising my hair at the same time? Hopefully the brands can be found easily in supermarket and drug store(e.g.. Pantene, Sun Silk, Loreal,Charles Worthington etc.).I live in Singapore where the climate is hot and humid all year round. I do not colour my hair and hope that I can achieve nice natural waves without using any heat products. Besides shampoo and conditioner, is there any other hair products you love suitable for my type of hair to make the waves nicer? Thank you for taking your time to help me!

Try Pantene serum for curly or wavy hair, it smooths it and keeps the static at bay. Also another good one is The Body Shops Coconut hair Balm.

Not using heat styling is a great start to nicer hair.
Do you comb your hair (either when wet or dry)? Try leaving your hair alone after you've washed it and put in any leave in/product, and don't comb it or brush it or even touch it. - Even if you think your hair is looking reaalllly bad, leave it, as touching it only leads to more frizz and flyaways. Make sure you do regular deep treatments as well - either homemade (there are plenty of recipes on the internet) or store bought. As for products, we can give you advice, but in the end everyone's hair is different and what works for one person might be disastrous for another. I have found that expensive products don't work half as well for me as really cheap ones or homemade products do.

I've always found that spritzing my hair with water with a bit of jojoba oil in it helps tame frizz.
