Should you wash your hair every other day?

I'm just wondering, because i wash my hair,usually, every day..Which i think is bad for it, but i still do it!

I don't think its a good idea...especially if you have dry hair (do you?) It strips of the natural oils from your scalp. Why don't you shampoo your hair on alternate days?

Yeah, i probably will alternate, but my hair feels like it greasy, or dry when i don't wash it every day!

if it feels too dry, just wet your hair (don't shampoo)...that should be okay

I condition every few days but I must was my hair everyday. It gets really oily other wise But I keep my hair really long so (Waist-length), that may be why.

washing hair everyday is quite essential in summers u can howevr bunk one day in winters before u wash again !!

try to use a mild shampoo, such as baby shampoo......they don't use harsh datergent.....

u can try any daily shampoo, once from garnier n lakme are gd too ..

I wash my hair twice a week and mist on occasion to set a style.
If you color your hair do not use baby shampoo it strips the color.
The aussie shampoo are very mild and so is dove.
