Thanks for the suggestion but can I confirm that T. means teaspoon or tablespoon and C. means cup and t. means teaspoon.

In your second recipe, would it cause dryness with lemon juice and vinegar.

Merry Xmas to you...

T. means Tablespoon, t. means teaspoon, and C. means cup. Old habit from when I used to write down recipes with my mom! Funny how you turn out more like your mom than you think you will!
Anyway, I don't believe that lemon or vinegar will cause dryness, it meant to act as a cleanser. Try to keep it focused on the scalp. You could also try to deep condition your hair after this if you are hesitant to try it because of that.Also. try looking for a new moisturizing hair color. But I am sure you would look beautiful with the grays! We are always more critical of ourselves.
Happy New Year to you!
