Default What's this style called?

So I'm thinking of breaking out of my 80's 90's and 00's hairdo and I'm thinking about a slight wedge in the back with the front being longer. Anyone know what to call that? I saw a woman at the store and she had the back part died a dark color and the top and front was really blonde. It looked really good on her, I just don't want to go to the stylist and tell her the wrong thing.

It's also known as a stacked bob or an A-line bob.
It's a very popular haircut right now, since Victoria Beckham started wearing it.

yep in britain it's commonly known as the "pob" (posh bob)
Just find a picture of posh spice, or search for 'graduated bob' online, and show the pictures to your stylist, that way there's less room for misunderstandings

My hairdresser calls it the inverted bob or swing bob. I got mine cut like this about 7 or 8 months ago and I *love* it.

Just so you know though...it's a haircut you need to maintain. You'll probably need to have it cut every 4-6 weeks depending on how fast your hair grows. I need mine cut about every 5 weeks.
