My hair is driving me crazy just lately. It is long (halfway down my back). I use treatments, leave in moisturiser etc but still constantly get knots in my hair which takes me forever to comb out. I am starting to get sick of it and am thinking about chopping it all off but I know I will regret it since it has taken ages to grow and I also feel more confident with long hair. Any advice on how I can get rid of these horrible knots would be greatly appreciated.... |

Try using Vo5 or a small dab of coconut oil in your hair in the morning and lightly brush it through

I was recently given some bilberry colour protect detangling spary from the boddy shop. I don't have particularly long hair, but i've noticed an improvment in the amount of tangles in my hair- and it definitely helps detangle when your hair is wet

My hair was below mid back (almost waist length) before I cut it last year, and I had the best luck rubbing a very small amount of jojoba oil through it.
I enjoyed playing with it while it was short, but I'm letting it grow back out again now. |
