Do you ever condition your hair?
Because I used to have this problem until I learned that you aren't supposed to shampoo everyday-it strips away the natural oils your body makes, prompting it to make more.
Shampoo every other day, and condition everyday, it helped me. :]

hope this helps!

It does take a few days for your scalp to adjust to less shampooing, but it will work. Tora's right, daily shampooing strips the hair's natural oils, which causes the scalp to produce even more oil. I used to shampoo daily too, now I only shampoo every third day, and my scalp and hair seldom ever get oily, and my hair isn't as damaged. Believe it or not, your scalp does need moisture, so you might also want to switch from the harsher products to a milder shampoo, and always use a conditioner.

Mix one tbsp. lemon Juice with half cup of Yogurt and apply on your hair. It helps remove excess oil without drying your scalp.
