Hair loss...help

My hair is fallin out everyday when i brush it, shampoo it or even touch it, argh, does anyone have any remedies or tips which will make my hair thickers and grow faster

(i know castor oil does, but i did buy it and it stank soo much, i dont think id put that in my hair lol)
