OMG! Hair help fast!

I've had very long one length hair in a medium brown color for years and years. My boyfriend, who I've been seeing for four years and plan on marrying, ADORED my hair. I recently got bangs and some up front layers. He says it makes me look wayyy too young, and he liked my old hairstyle better. He said it gave me a womanly air. My face is oval shaped but my cheeks are very round, and I have large round eyes. Is there any way I can get back that womanly look fast? I don't want to wait for years and years to grow out my bangs to the length of the rest of my hair before he likes my hair again. Extensions are not an option. help help HELP me please!!! -Slinxy-cat.

The only thing I know of is hair extension for something quick. Another than that is is just growing it out. Also over time you may find he decides he likes the style my husband does this all the time.

You could try putting the bangs to the side so they aren't regular straight across bangs as side ones tend to look much more grown-up.
Other than that, pin it back in a mini quiff or to the side just to get rid of it.
