curls and hair accessories for boys

There is a boy in church on sundays and his long hair is always curled and he always has some sort of barrette, decorative bobby pins or cute little clips in his hair and I'm sure its a boy. Has anyone else seen boys wearing hair incurls or using any kind of accessories in their hair?
