Default some tips

k I have some questions, some have been asked before but I cant remember where I found em at so here we go........i have dry chapped lips and I want a good lip balm or ne thing of the sort to help with my lips and also my finger nails always seem to crack and peel.....i cant stand that and it causes me to not want my nails to grow out and also they are really weak when they get to a certain length......if you could give me some advice I would really appreciate it a bunch....thanx

Massage Vit E Oil in to your nail-beds every time you think of it, use hand cream on the time, use rubber gloves when cleaning or washing dishes. Do not use your nails as tool, file in one direction only, do not use metal files.
Sally Hansen makes a diamond nail file that lasts and is guaranteed for life.
Use a clear top coat to give your nails extra protection till they are stronger. No not use nail polish removers with Acetone. also Burt's Bee is good.
And try not to lick you lips it just makes them dryer.

Vaseline is good....last time my lips was so dry.....so I change my lip balm to vaseline (the one with spf).....it works well
