Red face Need help with sweaty and clamy hands

my hads r really clammy and sweety and always cold as ice .I really hate it because i cant hold my boyfriends hand without being aware that my hads r so sweaty and when i shake peoples hads i see them make a face at my swaety hads and they wipe their hads on their pants .how can i make them stop sweating?please help if you cAN!THANKS A LOT!

You can use a deodorant on your hands, as well as talc powder and try not to get nervous.

i would sugest not putting deoderant anywhere except your armpits

Actually a Doctor told me that and it works great. You can get rock deodorant from any health food store.

I have also heard of the effectiveness of putting deodorant on your hands- we're not talking about your daily Lady Speed stick- as Judi said those crystal rocks that have no odor or residue (stickiness). I also think it has a lot to do with nerves and being anxious-and I speak from experience...when I was younger my hands were always cold and clammy and I was always feeling anxious about things

try some of the loose powder(translucent) speceally
accordind to your skin sparcle on your hands in the morning and keep a tissue paper in your bag pat the\m as often as possible.

specially keep then neat and conditioned accordingly.
