Default Clear nail polish

I love using clear nail polish on my nails and how it makes them look but everytime I use it it always starts to peel off a day or so later and looks really nasty. Is there any good CLEAR nail polish that doesn't do this and stays on a long time?

Are you applying the polish to clean oil free nail. You could also try to use vinegar to remove any residue from your nails prior to the application.
I use Witchcraft or Rimmel, I have had no problems with those products.

I have a Barry M nail varnish which works very well. Make sure you apply two coats (wait till the first one has dried before you apply the second) and if you still have problems you might want to buy a top and base coat varnish. - The clear Barry M nail varnish I have is a top coat, base coat and nail hardener all in one, which makes it both versatile and more hard-wearing.

I love using clear polish too. It gives a nice shine to your nails but chips are not so visible. Clear nailpolish is fun to play with too. I would put on a coat and add glitter or paper cutouts and then adhere it all down with a second coat of polish.

I recommend Tammy Taylor clear nail finishes. I use them over my pink and white acrylics. They never wear off between nail visits and stay very shiny. I hear their products for natural nails are great, too.

Another thing to remember when using clear nail polish alone is to apply at least 2 coats. Think about how many coats of polish you're applying when using a color polish: usually a base coat, 2 coats of color, and a top coat. That's a total of 4 layers of protection; it's no wonder it lasts longer than a single coat of clear varnish, right?
