Default Nails - Peeling?

So, for some reason, some of my nails have started like, peeling. The top layer of the nail at the end starts to come off. It's sort of hard to explain, but I don't know how to fix it. Cutting my nails doesn't do anything to help, it just happens again. Is there anything I can do?

Usually that is a sign of a diet change or something missing in your diet.
Take Calcium, Omega 3,6,9 and silica and wear gloves when doing chores with water.
Also wear a clear base coat at all time to protect your nail, cuticle massages with vit e oil or johoba work well and keep your hands moisturized.

Yes, make sure you're getting plenty of calcium (through milk and dairy products) in your diet. Have you noticed small white marks on your nails as well? This often occurs when there is a lack of calcium in your diet.

I think I get lots of calcium, but maybe I'm not... I love dairy products. I don't see any white marks. But I'll try everything, thanks.

You probably just have weak nails then. I would say that using a base coat nail varnish and making sure you maintain the healthy eating habits will help. - It might well just be a phase that your nails are going through, with something completely random being the cause. Experiment, and see what helps, and it should hopefully go away soon!!
