Revlon and Tweezerman both have excellent sets. Also look at Sephora they have great sets as well

Default Manicure set I'm happy with

I just got a beautiful Solingen-made manicure set http://www.zamberg.com/zb/item_6753_40_999_1_0_1.ashx .
Couldn’t be happier! And personally, I would not suggest Revlon or Twezerman if you’re really looking for quality. I tried all of them and I cannot even compare Solingen tools against Revlon or anything else. The quality of manicure tools made in Germany is beyond my expectations! Hope it helps.
