Default Specific nail polish inquiry

I frequently need to be able to put on a quick coat of polish and be ready to go out the door shortly afterward. Going through the hourlong process of a base coat, two color coats and a clear coat on top is simply not in the cards. So...any suggestions for a brand of polish that:

1. Dries relatively fast
2. Relatively saturated/opaque colors (I don't like sheer or clear tints)
3. Looks good with a single coat
4. Is reasonably durable as a single coat

Extra credit for color suggestions for very fair skin.

Thanks!
Erica

PS: I currently use MAC nail polish, usually in the shades "Abstract" and "Rocker". They're ok but not great. Specifically they only look so-so as a single coat, and they are not at all durable And I am mystified why they insist on using shade names that tell you nothing about the polish itself...

Hmm, thanks Judi! I haven't tried Rimmel 60 second.
I usually use a quick dry topcoat, like Orly.

just as I was reading Erica's post I was thinking to myself "ooh, I'll suggest Rimmel 60 second" aargh you beat me to it!
I don't tend to wear nail polish very much, but I've noticed the rimmel one does dry very quickly (maybe not quite 60 secs though!) And there are some lovely shades as well
