Default Newbie & need hand help!

Hello! I'm new to the list and in desperate need of hand help. I work with cars and outside ALL day long. My hands are going like mans hands, rough and dry. I have been using the Palmers Olive Butter Formula but it is not working that well. I need suggestions pleeze!!!!

Before you can get a hand cream to work you need to get rid of the build of of dry skin and perhaps callouses. The best way is to use a exfolant on your hands ( you might have to do this several times over the next couple of weeks lets say every second day) then use something Like Bio -Oil ( there is review I did on this product in the reviews section) put on cotton gloves and sleep with them on. Make sure you use a hand lotion any time you wash your hand or expose them to working with drying agents like paper, chemical.
