for spots sudocrem all the way! it'll take about 3 days but in those 3 days it drys it out and it also doesnt make it red and noticable. usually i pop really bad ones after i've steamed my skin with clean hands dap some astringent onit with an ear bud make sure it's all clean then apply sudocrem every night works a treat also, i've been trying this thing with sudocrem although you can use any thick cold cream. you apply it to your skin very thick and heat up with a hairy dryer on low the oil from the cream is attracted to the oil in blogged pores which brings the oil to the surface = unblogging pores! and over time makes them clear up i havnt done it much but i do see a difference for a big diference you'd have to do it for about 2 weeks everynight after steaming your pores but, test it first just to make sure you don't get spots! some people have gotten spots but not because of the sudocrem they might have been using someting like dove which has added moisturisers. i have this book about natgural skin care and it says putting butter milk on your skin every morning then rinsing off helps, sounds like a good idea.
