1. Make a paste of ground radish seed with water and apply
on face to remove blackheads. 2. Make a paste of roasted & powdered pomegranate skin with fresh lime juice and apply over boils, pimple, blackhead removal and whiteheads. 3. Apply a paste of fresh fenugreek on your face every night for 10-15 minutes and wash off with warm water. Repeat for two weeks. 4. Mix mint juice with turmeric powder and apply on affected area. Leave for 15-20 minutes and wash off with lukewarm water . 5. Lemon juice is good for blackheads and acne. Take a slice of lemon and rub over affected area daily until condition improves. This treatment is especially effective around the nose, a common site for blackheads. 6. A couple of garlic cloves, crushed and dabbed on the face 1-2 times a day will help you get rid of blackheads. http://www.mynaturalbeautytips.blogspot.com/ |

I found this recipe while browsing and it seems pretty good...
Strip it Off! Pore Cleaning Strips This recipe makes a pore cleaning "strip" which works just like those sold in popular drugstores. 1 Teaspoon unflavored gelatin 1-1/2 Teaspoon milk Mix two ingredients and microwave for 10 seconds to slightly warm. Using a clean plastic spatula, apply to nose and chin area. Avoid delicate eye area. Allow mixture on nose and chin to dry for 10-15 minutes. Mixture will dry quite stiff and form a "stiff film." Peel off the film and stare at all the little porcupine quills that used to be in your nose pores. ![]() |

It's from a beauty book I have. I tried it and didn't let it set long enough so it was a bit gooey. However, it did work some used incorrectly, so I know it works when used the right way. ![]() |
